Crisis & Isolation Plan for Health, Safety, Emotional Stability and Personal Growth (PDF inside)

Crisis and Isolation Plan.jpg

With the current corona virus situation and all that comes with it, a lot of people are probably either being or feeling isolated. This is a time when fear and worry can come up within us, but when we worry about what’s going to happen to our lives now and in the future, we run the risk of adding more negative energy into the mix. That’s not to say you shouldn’t take precautions in various areas of your life, but how we view the situation can actually affect the overall outcome for everyone.

I (Caroline) decided to put together a protocol and suggestions for dealing with the situation, and it contains everything from staying physically healthy to activities for keeping our vibe and emotional state in balance, keeping us all connected even during periods of separation, and finding ways for self-development rather than succumbing to boredom or fear. The control measures being put in place by the system may only be a test run at this stage, but I feel it’s unlikely to be the last time this happens.

Another important thing to think about is 5G. It seems to be a very dangerous thing that could seriously undermine our immune systems as well as our privacy. It is thought that 5G will be able to utilise heavy metals within the body to work optimally, so it’s important to get these heavy metals out of your body however you can. We are full of them from amalgam fillings, chemtrails, tattoos, kitchen implements, commercial deodorants, paint, food packaging and certain foods.

The below protocol is aimed at everyone who feels worried or is in isolation, or could do with a health and wellness boost or detox. It has lots of ideas for development and mood-enhancing activities, as well as plans for remaining connected to others when you are distanced from them. It will also help you to put preventative safety measures in place in good time.

Physical and Emotional Health

This section is about things we can do to protect from EMFs (electromagnetic frequencies) and viruses, consecutively. It also covers other things you can do to stay healthy and grounded. It’s more of a synopsis than anything but I will answer questions if I can, and you can conduct your own research into the suggested products and protocols. This list is not exhaustive; it’s the absolute minimum I feel should be implemented.

Detox from heavy metals and raise the immune system

It’s a good idea to keep some powerful products in your armoury right now. I am currently putting together a protocol for using these detox products, so message me if you would like it to be sent to you. In some instances I’ve listed the higher quality but reasonably priced brands I use next to the products.

Cleansing your body of heavy metals:

It is important to take these correctly so that you don’t end up giving your body a healing crisis as toxins are expelled. If you do experience healing crisis, it can seem like you’re getting ill… so don’t mistake it for the virus! You may not need all of these products - I have all except the clay and coriander, but I know the others are useful too. There are lots of other products out there that chelate (remove heavy metals) but I think these are some of the best:

  • MSM Sulphur Crystals (MediMush)

  • Chlorella/Spirulina (try to avoid Chinese produced products – go for organic)

  • Zeolite (Touchstone Essentials). Liquid is better than powder

  • Bentonite Clay

  • Activated charcoal (Innopure – Amazon)

  • Coriander (also called cilantro)

You can also use shungite and orgonite to protect you from toxic EMFs, including phone stickers that transmute the waves. Wearing it is good (Etsy, Amazon, Ebay)! Switch your WiFI off at night and keep your phone off or at least put it on plane mode a good distance away from your body.

Here are the products I use for immune system boosting:

  • Vitamin C: Lypo-Spheric is best (MediMush) but it’s not cheap, so if you do use the lesser product, ascorbic acid, go for a non-GMO one and take 1000mg at a time (PureNature). Several a day is fine if you feel ill. You can take a LOT of vitamin C and the worst that would happen is loose stools – if that happens, just reduce the amount

  • Antioxidants: Astaxanthin (Nu U Nutrition), Alpha Lipoic Acid (Swiss Bioenergetics)

  • Magnesium Complex (Aava Labs ‘Fullnesium’ - Amazon)

  • Probiotics 60 billion CFU (Nature’s Zest – Amazon). You can also easily ferment vegetables at home if you have some seal-tight mason jars. All you need is veg (like red cabbage), water and salt.

To kill viruses and bacterial infections:

These substances are absolute powerhouses. I wouldn’t dream of using anything else.

  • Oil of oregano with minimum 75% carvacrol content (Zane Hellas – Amazon is my favourite). Be careful with this - it will burn you if applied to skin or drank without diluting. You can get it in capsules if you prefer. How much you take depends on whether you are ill or just want to prevent illness, and you’ll need to mix a few drops of it with another oil such as melted coconut oil or olive oil.

  • Black seed oil/Black cumin seed (Zen Herbs – Amazon)

  • MMS – Miracle Mineral Supplement. This is now sold as water purification only, and Google hype will tell you it’s dangerous. If taken correctly, it isn’t, but you must follow the Jim Humble protocol. If you want to be able to destroy any disease or virus, this is a good thing to have on standby. Plus you could actually purify water with it if needed. The protocol is not very hard to find online.

Finally, I recommend drinking only purified distilled water to constantly flush out toxins. It’s the only water that can do this completely and eliminate fluoride from the tap water. Megahome do good distillers, but cheap Chinese ones on Ebay may rust or break.

Other ways to stay healthy, grounded and centred:

Breath work: If you’re new to this, why not download the Wim Hoff app to your phone or device as that will talk you through it and make the whole thing easier. Yogic prana breathing is a more relaxing way of energizing the body while calming the central nervous system. Since we are experiencing times that would cause anyone to feel anxious, this is a good practice to undertake. A properly oxygenated body is also far less likely to be susceptible to illness too.

Go outside: Even if you can’t walk the streets, try to get outside in the sunlight, even if it’s just the back yard. We still need Vitamin D (if you supplement this, get D3 not D2, by the way!) and fresh air to feel healthy. Sitting in a stifled house with the windows closed isn’t going to help much.

Grounding: Keep your connection to the earth and your health up to scratch by walking barefoot in the grass if you have access to it.

Self-development

We may face huge adversity now but we also have a lot of opportunities, especially if we are isolated. Our perspective is everything. Fear and worry are bad for the immune system, as well as our mental health. It would be helpful to use the time you have for positive ends, such as:

  • To develop inner strength

  • To notice how you respond to crisis

  • To come to terms with being alone

  • To face your deepest fears

  • To find compassion for other humans

  • To prioritise what is most important in life

  • To get comfortable with uncertainty

  • To come to terms with disappointment

  • To notice how your mind wants to run away with scenarios and outcomes (for control and self preservation)

  • To develop the courage to publicly speak the truth (as far as you can discern it)

  • To accept your degree of responsibility to self and others

  • To reflect on past and future decisions and motivation

  • To feel gratitude for the things you do have

  • To find faith in (and connection with) the universal consciousness and love

Activities for self-development and enhanced mood:

  • Exercise at home to keep your body strong. E.g. Follow yoga videos online or use dumbbells. I love Tim Senesi’s yoga channel on YouTube. He’s a thorough teacher with videos for all levels. You can also download fitness apps full of home workout programs

  • Dance! The power of this shouldn’t be underestimated

  • Order (if you can) some informative books online or finally get around to reading the ones you have left on the shelf for years!

  • Meditate regularly, whether guided online ones or otherwise. There are some great apps for meditation and Yoga Nidra. Try Insight Timer as this contains many good ones.

  • Do an online course

  • Start writing a diary

  • Make a vision board

  • Do some creative stuff, like DIY, painting or up-cycling furniture

  • Learn to make orgonite, if you can source the materials (Amazon and Ebay should be good). If you want more tips on that, drop me a line

  • Have a clear out of all your junk ready to get it out of the house when you can, and watch your mindset shift with it

  • Start planting vegetable seeds in your garden, or wherever you can (window boxes, balconies, pots on the patio)

  • Finally, try not to be glued to your devices or the TV news all day long, even if you’re bored. This will drag you right back into fear mode.

Listen to uplifting music

Like dancing, the power of listening to music shouldn’t be underestimated. It can dramatically change your mood. I’ve put together a playlist on Spotify full of beautiful, thought provoking, upbeat songs from different genres, all aimed at inspiring you and reminding you of what’s important. It will be a good thing to stick on if you’re feeling low. It’s called Raise the Vibe & Remember if you want to follow it.

Stay connected to others, even at a distance

If we are to get through this thing collectively, we need to do our best to stay in the same frequency as each other. Even if we can’t meet in person, we can connect over video calls (provided we still have access). There are online circles and events happening in response to this crisis, so search out what interests you and join it… or start something!

One really powerful way to connect with others while doing your bit for the earth and your own wellbeing is this:

Commit to a meditation with visualisation every day. If we all do this at the same time, can you imagine how powerful it could be? Here’s a good example, created by a friend of mine, Rachael Claire. She, I and lots of others are doing this at 7pm every evening UK time at the moment. Whenever you do it is fine, but collectively is powerful! It also keeps us feeling that we are part of something when we’re alone.

Group meditation to raise the vibration of the Earth

In this 10-minute meditation we will visualise drawing down white healing light from source, through the crown chakra, out of the heart chakra and over our beautiful planet and it’s people. End the meditation by visualising the world you want to live in and holding that thought in your mind. E.g. A world without greed, sickness, poverty, cruelty and dark forces.

We continue on from this for as long as we feel like it with the prayer, Ho’oponopono (I’m sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you) and strong intention.

If it ever got to a point where you couldn’t communicate with others for a while, try to do so through intention! We are becoming much more telepathic as part of this huge awakening. If you are able to use the postal system in the event of phone lines being down, do that. Talk to your neighbours too; you never know who might need that connection or a bit of advice.

Plant Work

If you have access to plant medicines, now is a good time to work with them. DMT Times has plenty of information on working with plant medicines, so check it out! The plants can cleanse you and help you to heal at all levels of being, which is of vital importance right now.

In fact, studies done on DMT indicate that it could reduce neuro-inflammation among other things, which is a huge discovery! "DMT – as a natural, endogenous agonist at both the Sig-1R and 5-HTRs – is hypothesized to be an unique, many-faced pharmacological entity, which has many important roles in the immunoregulatory processes of peripheral and brain tissues, as well as involved in the promotion and induction of neuroregeneration in the mammalian nervous system."

Dimethyltryptamine (DMT): a biochemical Swiss Army knife in neuroinflammation and neuroprotection?

Things We Can Do For Others

We can all do things to help each other right now, whether it’s emotional support, physical support (e.g. getting shopping for isolated people and the elderly in the local community, financial loans, donating resources and helping the homeless). It’s easy to go into self-preservation mode, but while preparing to a certain extent is sensible, panic buying and hoarding is detrimental to everyone as it sparks off a chain reaction and leads to economic crisis.

Staying Safe In Emergencies

By emergencies I am referring to quarantines, power outages and impositions upon our human rights - things like that. It may be prudent to have some back up measures in place (aside from food), such as:

  • Stored water (camping containers are cheap on Ebay)

  • Camping stoves and gas bottles

  • Solar powered lights and battery powered fairy lights

  • Candles, matches and lighters

  • Firewood

  • Solar powered power banks and battery packs

  • Batteries (rechargeable ideally)

  • In case of power loss, print any important protocols or documents.

  • Download important apps, e-books or music you love to your devices so that you don’t have to reply on internet to access these things

  • For people that don’t want to be vaccinated, look into your rights. Know your human rights and common law, if you have the time to look into it. I’ve seen this document online but I can’t vouch for how and where it would work. Food for thought though: drive.google.com/file/d/1lbrZbEniXlW4z6wLyAlPwU1O9rDl-rm8/view?

  • Connect up with your friends on encrypted communications apps like Signal

  • Don’t rely on cash or digital numbers on a screen for a sense of security as these can (and may well) be manipulated at a moment’s notice. In emergencies, resources are more important.

Research

A lot of us are tempted to dig for answers into what’s going on at the moment. This isn’t a bad thing at all but it does require discernment as well as emotional and mental balancing, since a lot of what we may uncover isn’t pretty.

We now have the opportunity to fine-tune our powers of discernment and critical thinking, given that we are pelted with rumours and disinformation. Some of this disinformation prays on our hopes and leads us into a false sense of security. For example (in my opinion), QAnon and the reports of/reasoning about mass arrests, for example. It is crucial that we pay close attention and question everything, now more than ever. Think before you spread information. What makes you so sure it’s true, and what could believing it potentially leave you vulnerable to later?

We are being collectively challenged and whatever the manifestations in 3D, on a spiritual level, this is forcing us to grow. When you look at it like that, you might have to wonder whether these events were destined and not just because the powers that shouldn’t be are orchestrating it. Perhaps they are just playing their part in the cosmic game, and it’s time for us to do the same. Game on!

Finally, I love this inspiring article by Clarissa Pinkola Estes, author of ‘Women Who Run with the Wolves’:

Do Not Lose Heart – We Were Made For These Times

Stay safe, be well, and remain connected.

Much love,
